1. Is this TV wall mount compatible with my TV?

Your TV must meet all three of the following conditions:

* Screen size: 26"– 74"

* Weight: up to 99 lbs

* VESA mounting pattern: 100×100 mm (3.94"×3.94") to 400×400 mm (15.75"×15.75")
2. What is VESA?

VESA refers to the distance between the four mounting holes on the back of your TV.

Measure the horizontal and vertical spacing (in millimeters).

This mount supports VESA patterns ranging from 100×100 mm to 400×400 mm.
3. Is it compatible with 24-inch wood stud spacing?

No, it cannot be installed directly on 24" stud spacing.

Use a stud finder to measure your wall studs. This mount is compatible with 12", and 16" stud spacing.

For 24" spacing, we recommend using a wood stud adapter.
4. Can it be installed on drywall or metal studs?

No. This mount is designed for wood studs, brick, or concrete walls only. Do not mount on Drywall alone and metal stud.
5. What if the bracket blocks the TV's cable ports?

If the bracket blocks any ports, use the included spacers and longer screws to make enough room for the cables.
